Course conclusion best practices
Hoping to receive some suggestions for the course completion. We have included a "page" of additional resources following our final quiz. As it stands, the learner takes the quiz then clicks the continue button to advance to the resources page and that is the end of the course. Our reviewers have commented that they don't know what to do at this point. They're expecting a button or some other notification that they are finished.
We don't necessarily want to force the learner to closely review the additional resources but we want then to see the lesson or we are concerned they will take the quiz and leave. How are you "triggering" the course to be completed, and thus provide a certificate to the learner?
Should we place the resources page before the quiz? Any thoughts and feedback re: best practices would be helpful!

In our organization, we have an exit slide that says "Thank you for completing the course/module". It also has an exit button. The button has two triggers for our LMS "complete course and exit course". This way, the learner knows that it's the end of the module/course.
Hope this helps!- JeannineLaheyCommunity Member
Thank you. Are you using Reach360? I'm not sure I have an option to "exit course.'
