Create a Trigger that Changes the State of the Next Button After Multiple Layers are Selected

Thanks for the response. There was an attachment, but I'm not sure what happened.
I was able to resolve this issue.
SOLUTION:
- Create a new “Selected” for each button on the base layer
- Create trigger “Change state of NEXT button to Normal when the state of all of (Rectangles . . . ) See image of trigger set-up attached.

Some of your description makes me think it's a multiple-response question slide. But other parts don't, such as using the Next button (not Submit). And I'm not sure why each response has its own layer that must be viewed. That sound more like a tab interaction.
