How to create a branching scenario
Hello! I'm an instructional design student and brand new to this. I have an assignment due soon that I've been working really hard on! It's a branching scenario starting with 4 initial choices. I thought I could do this in Rise 360 as an interactive scenario, but it doesn't seem to let me go far enough. I've watched several tutorials (which is why I though I could do this), and the AI pop up help isn't much help either. I don't think I have time to watch all of the tutorials. I'm hoping someone can let me know if this is possible - and if not, what do I need to do for next steps to create this? Maybe I need to work in Storyline? It's a lot of steps.... I probably made it too complicated for a beginner project. It's a group project though, so I'm committed and I'd love to get it done as efficiently as possible.

You can branch in Rise. However, you need to turn off the navigation, and just use Button blocks for branching and other navigation. Also, you'll only be able to track completion by steering users to a final lesson with a Storyline block that has a completion trigger. There's more info in this reply to a similar question:
Storyline definitely gives you more control for branching scenarios. It could be as simple as starting with a custom menu slide, and then putting each scenario into a separate scene. For more complicated branching, use variables and triggers with conditions to control where the user goes. Here's some related info:

For future reference, this Exchange Best Practices section is for general questions about eLearning. You’re asking how to do something in the software. That type of question is a better fit in the Discuss Articulate Products section of the website. That's where those of us who regularly answer questions about how to use the software spend more of our time. And that's where more folks go to search for answers specifically related to Storyline, Rise, and other parts of Articulate 360.
