Creating Triggers/ Branching Scenarios In Articulate Rise 360
Hello,
I am developing a role-specific training program in Articulate Rise 360. The course will feature three roles (for instance, Engineer, Manager, and Team Lead).
When a user selects their appropriate role, they are directed to a separate page containing information and a list of documents available for download.
Does Rise support this functionality?
You could use Button blocks to do that. Each button would jump to the corresponding lesson. Here's more info: https://access.articulate.com/support/article/Rise-How-to-Use-Button-Blocks
Note: Rise doesn't allow you to adjust the menu. In other words, if you show it, it will show the lessons for every role. Here's info about navigation settings: Rise 360: Control Course Navigation | Articulate - Community

Hello, I have a follow-up inquiry.
The course consists of three lessons, each tailored for a specific Role.
Users will only access the lesson relevant to their Role. Given that users will not engage with the other two lessons, which are intended for different Roles, how can the course be marked as complete without having to go through all the lessons?

You could do this:
At the end of the lesson for each role, add a button block that links to a final lesson. In the final lesson, put a Storyline block that has a "Complete course" trigger. Use that SL block to track completion in Rise.
- The SL slide could simply contain a generic message, such as "Congratulations! You successfully completed this course."
- Have the trigger run when the timeline of the slide starts.
- When you publish the SL file to Review 360, set the Tracking Options to "Using triggers (e.g. 'complete course')."
- Here's more info about SL blocks: https://access.articulate.com/support/article/Rise-Use-Storyline-Blocks-to-Embed-Storyline-360-Courses

Hi, In Articulate Rise, I have a list of hyperlinks in a table that take them to documents stored in Google drive. Is there a way we can track which hyperlinks were clicked or could we have button that changes color to show which hyperlinks were clicked from the list.
