Hi KW-ID — just wanted to follow up since Katie mentioned TrenWalker's example (which is excellent for text-based feedback).
If you're still looking for the conversational voice-based workflow you originally asked about, I recently built a working demo as part of an early pilot. It uses some custom JavaScript to handle the microphone permissions in Storyline, which allows for a proper back-and-forth voice conversation.
Happy to share the demo link here if you're interested in seeing how natural AI roleplay flows for customer service scenarios. It's not formatted very well on mobile so I'd suggest using a desktop view to see it.
