Intuitive Role Playing Exercise with Feedback
I apologize I have been off the grid - your responses went to my spam folder and just came across them when I logged into E-Learning Heroes. The TrenWalker example was helpful to see it built out in a text format using ChatGPT API - unfortunately, my employer only allows Copilot AI access - which I could solicit with Tren more about how it was built. For your "Customer on the Brink" example - when I clicked "start session" it wanted me to turn on my microphone in settings and unfortunately, my employer sent a message that this was not approved and also I'm assuming that I would need access to Zenobitz (which I believe I would need to purchase a license) to have this functionality - is that true?

To answer your question: no licence or purchase needed. You can sign up for free at app.zenobits.co.uk and start using it straight away. The "Customer on the Brink" scenario and others are all available once you create an account.
On the microphone issue: that sounds like your employer's IT policy blocking browser mic access, which is unfortunately outside our control. If you're able to try it on a personal device or your phone's browser, it should work fine there. The experience is voice-to-voice so it does need mic permission to function.
