Issue with a storyline project

I’m experiencing an issue when opening and publishing a project developed in Articulate Storyline.
The project opens normally, but when I try to preview or publish it, all the buttons and interactions previously created do not appear, preventing navigation and progression through the course.
I have already tried the following:
- Reopening the file in different versions of Storyline;
- Publishing in different formats (HTML5, LMS, etc.);
- Checking for hidden layers or disabled triggers.
However, the issue persists. Could you please check if there is any file corruption, compatibility issue, or configuration error that might be causing this problem?

When I previewed the file, everything was normal—at least, as far as could tell. I was able to navigate. Note, though, that I didn't go through everything, since it's a long course.
I suggest you submit a case directly to the Articulate staff. You can do that here: https://access.articulate.com/support/contact
When you do that, I also suggest you include include a Peek recording that demonstrates the issues you're seeing (or, rather, not seeing) when you Preview/Publish.
