LMS/Workday Integration

Hello,

I’m developing a visual orientation tracker and wanted to see if anyone has experience with a similar project or integration.

The goal is for the tracker to automatically reflect a learner’s progress. For example, when a learner completes specified courses in Workday Learning, we would like those milestones to automatically display as completed within the tracker rather than requiring the learner or an administrator to manually update them.

Does anyone know whether it’s possible for a custom SCORM/Articulate Storyline learning object to retrieve a learner’s Workday Learning records and completion status for a defined set of Learning Content IDs? If not directly from Storyline, has anyone implemented a similar solution using Workday APIs, integrations, or another approach?

If successful, we’d eventually like to explore similar functionality with other learning platforms such as Kahuna and Lippincott.

I’d greatly appreciate any insight, examples, or experience anyone has with this type of project!
