Re: Player not identifying scene

Click the Reset from story button in the lower right. That will rebuild the menu based on the current scenes and slides. 

 

FYI: Those other buttons at the bottom are used to customize the menu. Here's more info: Storyline 360: Customizing the Menu | Articulate - Community

By the way, this Exchange Best Practice section is for general questions about eLearning. You’re asking about an issue with the software.
