Story View Slide Properties

Hi all, On the Story view I have the properties for multiple slides advancing by user. When I loaded it into my LMS the slides advance on their own. When I checked the Slide Properties on each slide it's set for automatically. Do I need to also change each slide to Slide Advances: By user? I don't recall having to do that on any other course.
