MeganErickson​, my L&D team maintains a Rise course for HR that is our new employee onboarding "deck." The HR coordinator typically has a printed handout with key items they need to dig deeper into (so, no hacks for your notes question). But, HR enjoys presenting the onboarding material using the link to the Rise course.
