I LOVE any reason to shout out our community members and the cool things they're doing!

We just wrapped up our second New to Instructional Design Peer Pod, so I want to give some special love to a few incredible folx from that program 🌱

HUGE shoutout to Thomas_Shayon​ for being our first ever Peer Guide! 🎉 In this role, he helped guide conversations, shared thoughtful and in-depth responses, and brought an incredible amount of value to the entire group! I think I can safely say he truly made this Peer Pod even more meaningful for everyone involved 🏆
