Which LMS are you using?
The basic version of Absorb is pricey and very basic (also priced on tier, per number of users). Yes there are extra modules but they cost a fortune per year. It has tonnes of reporting. Customer support massively improved, client support gone AWOL and constantly changing. Users have suggested lots of new features but they very slow to implement, most just get marked as 'future consideration'. So many annoyances about how admin system works. Almost 100% up time for years. Could do worse, could do better.

We're using Absorb currently and I agree, there's been some hiccups and features I wish they had (that I'd had in a previous LMS at a different company). But for us this works for now. I have seen some roadmap features meeting with our CSM. I also feel like they have done a better job lately of responding to posts on Ideas.

Thanks Cheryl. We currently have a trial version of Absorb. The only thing I find is that the admin side, creating a course etc, seems quite clunky and not very intuitive. Same with custom dashboard creation

AndrewGoodye988 I hear you. When you're creating a course, make sure to expand all of the areas using the arrows on the right side of the screen. Then you won't miss any sections. Click the down arrows. For custom dashboard, are you talking for Admins? Or for Departments when they log-in?
