Not synced versions

Hello!

I just finished working on a course that we ran through localization, reviewed, imported the changes and both versions were ready to publish. When I returned to the stack, it was showing Not synced (See attachment). My questions are:

1- Knowing that no language changes were made to the original version, what change at source does the system detect to display this message?

2- Is there a way to know what are these translations, without updating them automatically? In this case when I select Details, it says Glossary applied to 0/1 translations- What does that mean?
