The characters are very well designed - while they're recognisably 'Vyond', I can also clearly see the resemblance to the actors. I tried a similar thing years ago based on The Usual Suspects, but I was never very happy with my designs.
I particularly like the animated tiles. I'm guessing they are GIFs with a tilt emphasis animation on hover, JodiSansone ?
I think you nailed Gabriel Byrne and Kevin Spacey. Benicio del Toro is a tough one.
