Meet the Team

I recently came across the Articulate eLearning Challenges, and I’m genuinely excited to have discovered this community. I’m especially grateful to David Anderson for creating a space where instructional designers from around the world can not only showcase their work but also learn from and be inspired by one another.

I chose to begin with the “Meet the Team” challenge because it immediately resonated with me. This is something I’ve wanted to reimagine in my own workplace, where we were mostly limited to static PowerPoint slides that don’t offer much flexibility or interactivity. This challenge felt like the perfect opportunity to explore a more engaging approach and bring that idea to life.

Some time ago, I came across Yukon Learning’s tutorial on How to Build a Morphing Menu in Articulate Storyline 360, and it really stayed with me. I’ve been wanting to experiment with that technique, and this project provided the perfect chance to apply it in a meaningful way.

I chose to structure the experience around an organizational hierarchy because it provides learners with a clear and intuitive visual representation of how team members are connected. Rather than presenting information in isolation, this approach helps learners understand relationships, roles, and context at a glance, making the introduction feel more cohesive and purposeful.

I also tend to be thoughtful about not assuming prior knowledge or familiarity with interactions. To support learners, I included subtle guidance and comments within each slide to ensure the experience feels approachable and easy to navigate, even for first-time users.

This project was both a creative exploration and a practical step toward rethinking how we introduce teams in a more interactive, human-centered way. I’m excited to continue learning, experimenting, and growing through these challenges.
