Advice for a newby in edtech

Hello guys! My name is Jauger! I am brand new to this forum, and I am also brand new to Ed Tech. I would like to get some pointers on how to start getting my feet wet in Educational Technology since I graduated last year in this field with master's from American College of Education. The degree has given me a foundation and theoretical framework of Ed Tech, but I'd like some advice on how to get some hands-on skills to begin to use my knowledge with practical application. I am an elementary teacher with 20 years of experience. So, I'd like to hon-in to this knowledge in a way that helps me get an edge to become more valuable for my organization and gain a digital leader's position or a position on the private sector.
