Mindfulness
What do you do when your brain hits a wall?
This project explores small, mindful actions to help you reset and reconnect.
I used a soft pastel palette and flat icons to create a simple interaction where each tip gently morphs into view. The visual transitions are built around consistent layout and position changes to simulate a calm, flowing experience—no motion paths, just smooth shifts from one moment to the next.

Thank you!
Gorgeous interaction, Jayashree_Ravi It has a hint of a tabs interaction to it but more elegant. Curious, what font did you use for your heading? I like it.

Thanks so much, David! That means a lot coming from you. I used Bungee for the heading.
