PEEK 360 WILL NOT OPEN IN WINDOWS

help anyone!!! I keep getting troubleshooting emails for links to fix myself.  This is now the 3rd time Peek 360 WILL NOT open. I have the articulate 360 suite.  All other applications open without issue. The only one is Peek 360.  I've uninstalled multiple time. My IT helpdesk removed the entire Articulate 360 program. Added it back and still nothing. My IT team spent 3 hours trying to correct this issue. 

 

Can ANYONE help me with this. And yes, everything is enabled.  I am the only one on my team with this issue. I am connected to VPN as well.

Same here. No one can help, everytime I get «help» from the Articulate team, they tell me to uninstall/reinstall... IT DOES NOT DO ANYTHING. Peek will not open on my computer since the update of the begining of last May and no one seems to have any idea why, so... I simply cannot use it since last May and I had to find another way to get the work done.
