Train your eye!

Has your eye ever twitched, because something just doesn't look ...right?

In this training you will learn a skill that helps you built better trainings: Graphic Design!

Well, at least a little part of it. Mainly something I like to call the designer's lens. It's the ability to see the details that make your eye twitch and to know why.

I like it and would be interested in more like this.  I'm just switching careers into training and development and while I have some working knowledge of graphic design, it's mostly stuff that I've cobbled together OTJ and in previous jobs.

  • I really enjoy this. I'm curious to your design process and would love to know more. Did you design and create this in Storyline? or something else?

Sorry for the late reply, I was travelling and sick.

This project was designed in Storyline using the pick-one freefrom question. I disabled player navigation and used self built buttons for navigation.

The part where you can change the icons with a refresh button was a bit tricky, but I solved it using a random number variable that corresponds to different states. ( Set "Sample" to random number between 1 and 3 when user clicks btn_refresh, Set state of "Example Same" to "colored outline/flat/outline" if "Sample" changes if "Sample" = value 1/2/3, etc.)

Do you have any more questions?
