Review 360 not playing the same as Storyline 360

Storyline file plays just fine. Have re-published twice. No change. The Storyline file does not match the Review 360 version even though I am publishing from within the Storyline software. Have tried publishing to a new verion as well as replacing the original. Happening on two courses now. My reviewers are wasting time and this is costing me money!

Since you mention this is happening in multiple courses, let's start with these tips:

  • Working on a shared drive can cause similar issues. Let's make sure that the file is saved and published on a local c: drive.
  • If you're already working locally, try running a simple repair of Storyline 360 to see if that helps.
