Unable to publish to Review 360

Hi, I've been able to upload to Review360 last week, But all of a sudden it seems when i try to update a newer version to 360. The uploading comes to a stall as attached in the picture.

I've tried uploading locally, which gave me an error. And also Created a new version and it still stalls. I've also tried restarting my computer. 

Any suggestions? I can provide the file if needed.

Sorry to hear you've run into this setback when publishing to Review 360! I'd be happy to help troubleshoot and have some follow-up questions to start:

  • Are you able to publish to Web and LMS?
  • Are you aware of any recent changes made to your network that may have caused Articulate's endpoints to become inaccessible? 
  • Is this issue affecting all of your Storyline projects or just one specifically?

If the behavior is local to one .story file, would you be comfortable sharing a copy here in the discussion or privately through a support case? We'd be happy to take a closer look and test it on our end!
