video not publishing to review

Can this be fixed by Articulate.

Is this when directly uploading a video to Review 360 or when publishing from Storyline 360 or Peek 360?

I'm experiencing the same problem publishing from StoryLine to review... continual pending and refuses to load... can someone help?
