Are per device graphic uploads on the Rise roadmap?

Working with the Evolve authoring tool has opened our eyes to the usefulness of device specific uploads and their usefulness in delivering truly responsive and equitable experiences whether learners are learning on Desktop, Tablet or Mobile devices. We were just wondering if this feature (see attached) is being looked into for Rise as we struggle to get around this limitation on the Rise platform
