Ask for Feedback in Rise course
Jul 02, 2021
Hello,
we want to get more feedback on our courses in Rise.
At the moment, we implemented a storyline block which is linked to a web page with the survey. Afterwards the learner has to click on another Storyline block to end the course. Unfortunately, we don't get a lot of feedback so I assume that the learners just scroll down and click the "end course" block.
What I want to do know is to implement a restriction by using a continue block and the completion type "Complete block Directly Above" so that the learner has to click on the feedback button before he/she is able to continue the course.
As you can see in the picture attached, I inserted a Button Block with a link to an external web page and a continue block with a completion type. Unfortunately the completion type doesen't work and the learner doesn't need to click on the survey button to continue.
Do you have any idea how I can implement such a restriction?
Thanks in advance :)
In general, do you have any suggestion on getting more feedback from course participants?
Regards,
Dominik

Hi Dominik! How about embedding the survey directly in the Rise 360 lesson? Here's an example of what that would look like.
