If I add attachments into a Rise course that's then exported and uploaded into LMS, will those attachments still work and operate? I know Storyline had issues with this depending on the player you used, but am curious on how it works with Rise.
for me it worked fine. We used the lms ilias, published as scorm and tested in Edge. :) I think you have to just try yourself and see, if it works. Sometimes downloads can be blocked through the company settings of a browser. So either way you should test this first and see, if it works in the learners environment.
