Blank screen when Rise popout in Chrome
I see many people have had this issue in the past. We still are having issues with Rise opening up in a popout in Chrome.
We have cleared cookies/cache, reuploaded the course, restarted computers. The only thing that works is to open in incognito mode which is frustrating to our users and should not have to be a work-around since this is an ongoing issue it seems.

Hi Nicole,
Which LMS are you using?

UKG.
The modules were working fine, we always test them then randomly they stop working for some, but not all users. Myself included. I have cleared ALL cookies/cache for all time, restarted my computer, reuplaoded the courses etc etc. the only thing working is Incognito mode which is very frustrating.

Hi Nicole,
We are not seeing this issue in our LMS.

same here, in Moodle 4.0.6. How did you solve it?

I had to disable the "load in new window" for all of my Rise courses in our LMS, which is not ideal or preferred.

Changing said option has not worked for me, I will escalate the case with RISE, thanks

I really appreciate the answer given, yesterday we found out that the error is due to an antivirus assigned to the platform domain, which was recently implemented.
We believe that since the URL in Moodle indicates sesskey, that is why it is blocked: https://mydomain.com/mod/scorm/player.php?a=41¤torg=articulate_rise&scoid=85&sesskey=5KGyKZaJP8&display=popup&mode=normal
That is perfect. I am glad to hear that you were able to fix your blank screen issue.
