Blocks disappearing in Preview Mode

Hi,

since yesterday, something has happening in Rise.

Not only is the cover photo not showing in full (and it was the day before yesterday), but now we are also not seeing blocks in Preview mode.

When we go into edit mode, some blocks such as Headers or sub headers are not appearing but the content is there when we go into Edit into the block. It's just not appearing on the screen for some reason.

Here's an example below:

As you can see in this screen shot the copy is there in the edit box, but not showing on the screen:

We have to present the course to our client tomorrow and this all happened yesterday. Please help!

Hi Mickey! So sorry to hear that this is happening.

Please try the following:

1. Restart your machine, then log back into Rise. Is the issue still present?

2. Please make sure that your browser is updated. Once updated, restart your browser and try reaccessing it.

3. Try other supported browsers and check if you are still getting the issue. This will check if the issue is browser-specific.

4. Please access Rise in Incognito or InPrivate window (For Mac, press ⌘ + Shift + n) Sometimes plugins cause odd behavior. Do you still get the same issue when in Incognito?

5. If the above steps do not work, kindly try clearing your cache to see if it will resolve the issue.

If these troubleshooting steps don't work. please open a case with us so that a technical support engineer can work with you directly.
