Building Rise 360 courses for external clients- how do I get them the source files.

Nov 20, 2020

I am building Rise 360 courses for my external clients who do not have an Articulate 360 license.  What is the best way for me to ensure they receive the source files for their use in the future.

What if I don't maintain my subscription in future years, what happens to their courses that they are offering via their LMS to their external clients?

I know I can export a web link or export to LMS, is that all I need to do?

I'm not sure if it's appropriate to tag onto this discussion, so please forgive and redirect me if necessary... but I have a nearly identical question.

I'm working on a dispersed team and most of us are using Rise.  The question is, if I do not reassign ownership or provide collaboration rights to other team members, how can they access my source files if I should, say, win the lottery and disappear to a south Pacific island?  Is this something our Admin can do?  Is there a best practice to insure against this sort of thing?

Thanks!
