Can you create a scenario in Rise using text-based questions?
I want to create a pseudo 'bot' that answers questions. Is it possible to use Rise and create a free-formed text entry? I want to ask the user, what is your issue...you can use keywords like "computer problem", "question", "can't find it" etc. and have a list of keywords that point to specific content?

Rise does not offer this type of functionality.
If there is an external tool that can do this, you could try embedding it in your Rise course.
