Critical error on SCORM 1.2 when creating a new version of a online Course!

Hello all,
I have been facing a new problem within Cornerstone and on my LMS system.
I need to create a new version of an online course but the same messages keeps coming *it is a Rise project*

Are you overwriting an existing course in Cornerstone with an updated SCORM file? If you can share details of the steps you followed in Cornerstone, hopefully we can help you solve this!
I'm running into the same problem. I changed the reporting setting for a Rise and now CSOD wont let me upload the file. Throws a fail with "TaskWrapper.cs" as the only detail. Anyone have any insights?
the only change was from pass/incomplete to complete/incomplete

Did anyone ever get to the bottom of this issue as we're getting the same error?
I've tested reversioning in SCORM Cloud and it works fine so it's something to do with the output file and Cornerstone.
I've logged a ticket with Cornerstone and waiting to hear back.
