I am using a labeled graphic template in Articulate RISE. When I view this in portrait mode on an Android device, the cross button of the pop-up that opens on clicking the hotspots does not work. The course is hosted in an LMS and opens in a frame in an Android app (recording of Android app attached).
On further investigation, it was found that the cross button works on some Android versions and doesn't work on others.
Is anyone else facing such an issue? Is there any resolution for this?
I just tested this out and it is working on my Android phone.
