I uploaded our corporate font(s) into RISE (per the instructions) but they are not being applied in my course. They are in the correct .WOFF format and I've clicked all the right boxes. Any suggestions on troubleshooting or familiarity with this issue?
Thanks for reaching out, Jennifer. I see that Gren is working through some troubleshooting steps with you. You're in good hands! Keep us posted on your solution.
Hi there, Antonella. In Jennifer's case, her team recreated her fonts in WOFF format. They weren't showing correctly while editing her Rise 360 content, but the exported course hosted on the web showed the right font.
If your fonts are already in WOFF format and still not working, we'd be happy to help further. You can share your font files with us here privately, or let me know, and I'll get a case started for you.
I'm having an issue where some people are seeing the correct font while others are seeing a different serif-font. I can see this happening via the review link (the screen shots for some people are showing an incorrect, serif-font). Will this continue when it's published?
Hi there, Kimberly. Phil asked a great question about whether this incorrect font is showing in a certain browser. If you'd like, you can share that information and more with us here, and we'll give you some one-on-one help!
Hello, I'm having the opposite problem... My custom fonts work in preview and review modes, but it reverts to Merriweather once exported into the LMS as SCORM 1.2. Any idea how that can be fixed?

I uploaded .WOFF format font files to a course recently without any problems.

I am facing the same issue. How is it possible to solve this?

Thank you! I managed to solve the issue using another woff file.

Is it one specific browser?

Hi Hugo! Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Custom Fonts. Have you tried testing this in SCORM Cloud to see if has the same behavior?
Alternatively, you can submit a case here and attach the result you're seeing, along with browser details to show us what's happening so we can help!
