Dragon - Voice recognition software and screen reader

Hi,

I hope someone can support with this issue. One of our learners uses Dragon software as screen reader and she has had lot of issues when trying to follow one of our Rise courses. I know Rise works with JAWS and some other screen readers but in this case she uses Dragon both as Voice Recognition and Screen Reader. Moreover, in our organisation the IT restrictions are very high and she is not allowed to install any other software. Does any know if there is a way to make it works?

    Hi David! Dragon software isn't one of the supported screen readers that is compatible with Rise 360 right now. It sounds like this is causing a real roadblock for your learner, so I'll be sure our team sees this need. If we add support for Dragon software in the future, we'll let you know!
