My organization currently uses Office 365 videos to do knowledge sharing of key process areas.
When i try to convert these videos into a self learning course that could be tracked for completion through RISE, i am running into video loading issues.
My organization basically uses a single sign on security feature for accessing content. when i paste the video url from office 365 videos sites, the RISE software is not allowing me to view the videos.
Hi there, Mohit. Is the video content missing or blank? Rise uses secure https, and embedded content must also use https to work properly. You can read more about that here.
Let me know if that seems to match what's happening on your end!
I've had the same thing and I think I just figured out a solution.
When try to embed a Micosoft Stream video using the Share link (a basic URL), Rise won't embed the video. It often displays a "login" message and if you click on it , it takes you to Stream in a separate window - Not an idea user experience.
When I use the Embed option with iFrame code, the video loads within Rise and there is not "login" prompt. :)
