Export and market rise courses

Hello everyone

My organisation has created an online course using the software Articulate-Rise, which we would now like to market on a website/LMS. 

The website/LMS should provide the following features

-Integration of the HTML files

-Personalised login

-Free / Vs. restrictive content

-Connection to booking system

-Insight into personalised behaviour (Which user has taken which courses? Has he passed the courses?)

-Issuance and delivery of certificates

-Feedback mechanism

-Discussion forum

 

Has anyone had experience with a similar project or a website/LMS provider they can recommend for the features above?
