Export SCORM 1.2, Tracking complete/incomplete

Hi, 

When exporting my Rise module (scorm 1.2, tracking complete/imcomplete), it doesn't show as completed in my platform even if I've run through all the contents. 

 

Do you have the same issue?

I am having this same problem in Workday. It isn't changing the status to "incomplete" or "passed"... it stays at "in progress" as if the course is open but not complete.

I do have a quiz... settings set to limit taking the course twice, but it is not limiting the users attempts. Additionally when someone does fail twice - it just says, in progress. Not incomplete.

Hi Loredana, 

Please try testing your course against SCORM Cloud. If the course works properly on SCORM Cloud, please contact your LMS provider. They should be able to help out with LMS-specific issues.  

If it doesn't work on SCORM Cloud as well, please open up a case with us here, so we can take a look.
