When you export a Rise 360 course for LMS, the zipped output should contain a scormcontent folder. Inside that folder, you should find an assets folder that contains media files and attachments.
If you don't have that folder, or if you think some asset files are missing, we'd love to take a closer look. Please open a case here, and attach your zipped output file to that case form. We'll delete your published file as soon as we're done reviewing it!
