Getting a Metadata Error about Unsupported ChildNode When Loading a Rise 360 Course to Oracle Taleo LMS

 

Hello,

We are getting the following error in our LMS (Oracle Taleo) when loading a Rise 360 course (also attached, if you don't see below). However, still able to load the course and it appears to function correctly and mark complete in the LMS.

Has anyone else run into this before and might know what it is? Or, if the course appears to be otherwise working OK, think we're likely safe to ignore? Thanks in advance for any input!

    Hi William!

    Smart idea to get input from other Oracle Taleo LMS users in the community! I would also recommend reaching out to the Taleo LMS support team with a screenshot of the error. Let us know what you find out!

    I get the same message and my content is not discoverable in the LMS ...did anyone have advice?
