How do I upload a zipped SCORM file into Rise? I saw a video and it referenced a manage button on the middle of the Rise page. I don't see that manage button.

It sounds like you saw a video for Rise.com, the all-in-one system that allows you to create training, enroll learners, track their progress, and analyze training effectiveness—all in one place. As you saw in the video, you can import SCORM files into Rise.com and enroll learners in that training.
You cannot import SCORM files into Rise 360. If you have the original Studio file, you can import it into Storyline 360, then add it to your Rise 360 course as a Storyline Block.
