I have published to Review 360, but Rise 360 does not see them
I have published an Engage 360 interactive to Review 360.
I go to Rise 360 and try to add a Storyline 360 interactive and it says nothing has been published.
Version of software for Engage is: 4.26.....
I have updated all of Articulate 360
I have closed/restarted/used Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge each with same result.

You would need to publish the engage from inside of Storyline. The storyline block will only import content from storyline.
According to the instructions on the Rise360 page, I should be able to link to the item from Review 360.
The is the text from the dialog box:
SELECT FROM REVIEW 360
Publish from Storyline 360 version 3.9.13488.0 or later to Review 360, and your course will appear below. Learn moreKindest regards,

Have you published from Storyline? sounds like you published from Engage
