Oh! Did not realize this was a rise discussion thread. But you can put the link in a marker on a graphic. Or embed the content in the marker. Or you can hyperlink text on or beside the image.
Another +1 to this. Being able to easily hyperlink from an image inside a Rise Process block would be great! Pretty basic functionality and, based on this thread, has been requested for some time.
Another +1 here! Over 3 years and still not implemented?! Every other LMS I've worked with can do this in seconds via their basic text editor. Instead, I'm having to insert the images in a Storyline slide, add the URL as a trigger, export the package to Review 360 and import into my Rise courses as an interactive SL block .... ridiculous.
Love Rise but, I just came across this discussion trying to address this problem and was surprised that this basic functionality still has not been implemented after so many years of requests by paid users. I was using linked images in Lectora back in 2009. It would really be a useful and fundamental feature especially considering it is such a basic feature of HTML.
Adding another +100 to the long list of customers who want this functionality too! I thought for sure I'd missed something SUPER basic when I tried to use image hyperlink markers to branch/link to another module within the course.
We love RISE as a rapid development tool and COMPLETELY understand that the goal of the tool is to be LESS complex than StoryLine which has the most functionality, but is also more difficult to learn and develop in. However, adding image marker hyperlinks that link to internal modules seems like more of a basic function. It must be that it would require a great deal of back-end coding and/or structural changes for each module to have it's own addressable footprint.
Hoping this feature is still on Articulate's road-map. If so, is there a current update from Articulate for advancement of this request? Is it something we'll see in the foreseeable future?
I think, having just looked at this trying to do the same thing as ya'll, I will need to build a page in SL 360 and then import that. Oh well. Who can't use more work?

Another voice asking for this basic functionality.
And another!
And another another!
I'll join the 3+ year request for pictures to have hyperlink functionality.
edit: it's buried in a trigger. no right-click menu, everything's triggers. Add a trigger, action>open URL, when>user clikc>image

Is this still really not an option? Seems like such a basic request.
Hey Keith, what we did is created a trigger for our image. We selected "open url" trigger and then put in the link.
Is this Rise you are talking about or Storyline? I'm not familiar with adding a trigger in Rise.

Adding my request for this feature as well!
Adding my request!
In the meantime,
Not ideal, but looks neat enough for now.

I was looking to accomplish this and just noticed this thread after a quick search. 3 years and still nothing on this feature? :-(
Add another +1 here. Looks like this request is pretty old. Hoping it's still being considered. Seems pretty basic.
This does seem like a basic feature that should exist and was requested 4+ years ago. I'm adding my +1.

Actually, I guess you can add a link to the caption, which is "close" to the photo above it lol
Has this feature been added to Rise? It seems like a fair share of users have been requesting this for years.
