Issue with Rise 360 renaming resource files inside of course

Good day everyone,

I am looking to see if anyone has come across this issue before inside of Rise 360.  When previewing a course inside of Rise 360, the file name which was uploaded into the course is being masked with a string of text pre-pending the filename, and when you attempt to download the file, it also opens/saves the modified file name and doesn't use the file name as originally uploaded into the Rise 360 course.

That said, I've exported this course from Rise to test externally in an LMS to see if the results are different, however the same issue occurs there too. 

Something within Rise 360 is causing the file names to automagically change from what was provided into the course, versus what is being displayed and provided as output for the end-user.
