I have issues accessing images and icons in Content Library 360. I get the following in RISE, and similar blockages when accessing via Storyline360. It was working fine two days ago. I'm not sure what has changed in that time. This is deeply frustrating. I have raised a ticket with our IT department but I am not hopeful it will be resolved quickly. Any tips on escalating it please?
Hi there! We recently experienced intermittent performance issues in the Content Library 360 image and icon search. That issue has since been resolved, so you shouldn't have any more trouble accessing those media files. Do you see an improvement if you access Rise 360 from a different web browser?
