With the screen reader on, press the tab key on the keyboard. The screen reader reads the question along with the first option in the radio group. This is incorrect because when the screen reader focus is on the question, only the question should be announced and not the options. After reading the question, when the user presses the tab key again, the focus should move to the first option in the radio group.
This is working as intended. When the screen reader is on, pressing the tab key enters "focus" mode, which takes you to the interactive elements on the page. I suppose your example is a multiple choice, where if you tab, it goes to the radio button. The question title is announced along with the first option because programmatically, the radio group is labeled by the question so we always know where the choices apply.
