One of our lessons keeps disappearing from our folder, when trying to add the lesson back into the folder we get a message to indicate the lesson already exists in the folder. We can only access the lesson using the URL. We have also experienced other glitches with this lesson, such as the colour of the text suddenly changing or sections of the lesson appearing as a stand-alone lesson.
I understand a lesson keeps disappearing from your folder. Does the issue occur specifically for this particular lesson? Are you the owner/author of that lesson?
I would like you to try this and see if you'll be able to replicate the behavior, duplicate the lesson, and then add that duplicate to your folder. See if the lesson stays in the folder or if it disappears similar to the original one.
