Lesson Title Not Being Published

Hello! 

I have made edits to a Lesson Title... it can be seen during the editing process, but the published version only has about 25 characters of the title.

I have tried to copy the lesson and rename the title manually (not cut and paste), and deleting the title completely and retyping, with no luck.

Please provide any other suggestion to resolve this issue. The length of the title is long, but its just as long as any of the other lesson titles I have in the course.
