My courses' page won't load on Rise 360 Aug 26, 2022 By Julie Bélisle I lost my licence for a day due to a misunderstanding. When I got it back and tried to open my Rise 360 courses' page, it doesn't want to load anything. I am so scared that I might have lost everything... Help!

Hazel Bartolome Staff 1 year ago09/06/22 at 5:57 am (UTC) Hi Julie! We only delete courses at least six months after your paid subscription expires or at least three months after your free trial ends. Can you provide more information on how you lost the license? Did someone else have access to it?
