I seem to be having a problem with the paragraph spacing in rise. Sometimes rise will add an extra space in between lines of text in Rise and I can't seem to find a way to fix it.
Did you type that text directly into Rise, or did you copy/paste it from another source? Also, what lesson/block type are you using in that screenshot?
One quick thing you can try is to clear the formatting on that text. Simply highlight the text, and click the Clear Formatting button (eraser icon).
I'm having a similar issue. When I add a Statement B block, it looks great with its large default text. But when I make the text smaller, it keeps the same line spacing used with the larger font leaving gaps in between each line. Is there any way to change line spacing within a paragraph? Clear Formatting didn't correct the spacing.
Great question! There paragraph spacing is set by design, but it sounds like you need the ability to adjust that spacing setting. Thanks for the feature idea! If we add that to Rise in the future, we'll let you know. 😁
I vote this, we need the feature to adjust the line space, even the size of flashcard, it seems the 3rd flash card will push to next when we look at preview version.

Hey Kaylie,

I would love to see even the ability to go from double spacing to 1.5 to 1. I don't even need major customization abilities.
I agree with this request. Is there a plan for leading adjustment within the works?
I would hope so. With all of the other updates coming out it seems like it would be an easy add.
We also need the ability to adjust line spacing.
Yes. Definitely agree. That's what I mean by "leading."
Definitely agree that level of control is needed.
Just submitted a feature request for this. For those that have agreed with this, recommend you do the same to draw attention to it - https://articulate.com/support/contact/feature-request
I'd add my vote to some better line spacing control.
Hey John,
Thanks for your feedback! If you have time to tell us more in a feature request, that would be super helpful.
Please let me know if I can help with anything else!
Just the ability to insert padding between paragraphs or to have a line space control (1, 1.1, 1.2 etc) as in Word/PPT.
One really nice feature would be a 'drop cap' but guess that might be tricky in a responsive environment.
Hi John,
I went ahead and logged a feature request for this on your behalf. You'll be automatically notified of any updates via this thread.
In the meantime, if there's anything else I can do to help, please let me know!
Hello All, did anything ever come of this - I to am having the same issue. Should I submit a feature request?
Hi Emma,
We already have a feature request on the books for this, so I'll just go ahead and add your voice to the discussion. :)
I would also love to be able to change the spacing and may be looking into other LMS options because of it.
Thank you!
Another feature request added for leading and kerning functionality!
I'm sure I had added one some time ago, but a little nudge/reminder won't hurt :)
Thanks for your feedback!

Just a quick: "I need this too"
Thanks for your feedback Cooper and Mikkel! I'll add your voices to this request.
Thanks :-)
+ 1
Also need this feature please
Thanks for adding your voice, folks!
