I'm also finding this issue of some text appears to auto-format as a thin version of the font in Rise 360 when it goes to the page. It's odd because we have two versions of the course, one English and one French and it's only occurring in the French version.
Note, I've gone in to edit the text of these, and within the Edit it looks fine and is not thin, but on the page it's changed to thin no matter what I do. A patch solution such as bolding all the text is not feasible.
Specific places that do this:
Knowledge Check - feedback.
Button stack - description.
Accordion - text inside once opened.
Please advise how to fix this so the text uses the normal font on the page (the same as in the Edit section), and does not automatically change to a thin version.
I understand that the text/font appears differently in your 2 versions of your course. If you can share them, we'd like to take a look at both courses. Please open a case with us here so that you can share them privately.

Hi Kevin,
All of the text formatting options are available for Quiz feedback text.
You can't change the font, but you can make the text larger, change the color, apply bold, etc.
